The Operations Committee is always working to grow consensus and cooperation between the many groups and organizations in the community who have a stake in the economic viability of Marietta's beautiful downtown. The hope is to get everyone working toward the same goals.  In addition, the committee looks for fundraising opportunities and helps with volunteer management.

It takes people and financial resources to implement a successful Main Street revitalization program.  A governing board, our four standing committees, an executive director and all of our invaluable volunteers make up the fundamental operating structure of Marietta Main Street. The Operations Committee meets the fourth Friday of each month at noon at the Marietta Main Street Office.
