This committee encourages consumers and investors to visit, work, shop and live in Downtown Marietta. This includes hosting community events and marketing our unique characteristics to residents, investors, business owners, and visitors. An effective promotions strategy creates a positive image through advertising, retail activity, special events, and marketing campaigns carried out by local volunteers. Promotional activities improve consumer perception and investor confidence in Downtown and encourage increased activity and investment in the area. The Promotions Committee meets the first Wednesday of each month at 5:15pm at the Marietta Main Street Office
